I know the devastation to a family after a loved one chooses to end their life. My husband committed suicide in 2002. I carry that sadness with me to this day. AFSP provides critical support for prevention as well as outreach and counseling for survivors of loss like myself, and I am grateful for the work that they do. One of the things that helped me get through my darkest days was Goo Goo Dolls music. Songs like ’Cuz You’re Gone, It’s Over and Black Balloon made me feel less alone. Thank you John and Robby, for continuing to create songs that speak to our hearts.
