Donation Recipient & Flow

Fandiem collects your contribution, which is a contribution made to Our Change Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity. Our Change Foundation then grants equivalent funds to the charity you selected, assuming it passes eligibility checks. Please note: your donation is not sent directly to the charity.

No Additional Fees

We do not charge any extra fees to process donations. (Payment processors, like Stripe, may deduct their standard charges, which are absorbed by Our Change Foundation.)

Timing of Grant Distribution

Grants are typically distributed from Our Change Foundation to the selected charities within 60–90 days after the campaign closes.Variance Power (When Reassignments Occur)

In rare cases, donations may be reassigned if the chosen charity:

• Loses or lacks IRS 501(c)(3) status,
• Fails to maintain required state charitable registration,
• Does not pass vetting (e.g., sanctions, compliance), or
• Is otherwise deemed ineligible.

If this happens, your donation will be redirected to a similar, eligible charity. You will be notified via email.

Vetting & Eligibility

Our Change Foundation verifies that recipient charities:

• Are recognized as 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations,
• Meet applicable state registration requirements, and
• Adhere to our internal compliance standards.

Donor Privacy & Contact Information

If a charity is deemed ineligible, your contact information will not be shared.

Donor Rights & Requests

• Share your contact info with the selected charity,
• Confirm whether your donation went to your chosen or an alternate charity:
  Email info@fandiem.com with your name and donation email. We'll respond within 15 business days.
