I’ve loved Katy Perry since I was a little girl, so I honestly never imagined that one day I would get to see her perform live. I was at Sunny Hill Festival in Kosovo when Katy performed, and during the show she announced that fans had the chance to win one of her original outfits. A QR code appeared on the screen, so I decided to scan it, enter, and try my luck. I never expected anything to come from it — I simply thought, 'why not?' And somehow, I won. It feels especially surreal because 10-year-old me would never have believed that one day I’d be standing in a crowd watching Katy Perry perform live. And I owe that moment to Dua Lipa and Sunny Hill Festival, which made it possible for me to experience something I had only ever dreamed of. Now, somehow, I’m not only taking home a memory from that night, but an actual piece of Katy Perry’s history. It truly feels like a full-circle moment I could never have imagined.
