And knowing that bands I love hold those same values is awesome. Modest Mouse was a huge part of my life growing up. They are a band my dad and I bonded over and they hold an incredibly special place in my heart. They were the soundtrack for every campfire, road trip, family game night, and even my drive to go vote for the first time when I turned 18. And knowing that they work with groups to help make sure people continue to support the communities that supported them is absolutely amazing.
