The first concert I ever went to was a Pierce The Veil show in Alexandra Palace, London, in April of 2024. I had never felt that kind of energy before, being in the pit surrounded by people singing the same lyrics as me with the same level of passion, people who also likely depended on Pierce The Veil's music and message so much to get them through their darkest years. I entered this sweepstakes not seriously thinking I would win (let alone on my birthday of all days!), but knowing at least that my donation would go to a charitable cause. I have long seen the difference the Living the Dream Foundation makes in the lives of hundreds of children and young adults, so being able to support this cause was a reward in itself. Thank you to my girlfriend for her optimism and support throughout the past few months of challenges and uncertainty, and I am so glad I held on till May to go on this incredible journey!
