I started listening to Max while sitting in waiting room hospital rooms treatment centers with my husband who was fighting his own battle with cancer.  He passed away in June of 2024, I saw Max for the first time in September 2025. So when I won I was surprised and disappointed all at the same time. Would have loved to attend if not for a prearranged family trip to Europe.  I had been following Max’s music since discovering him online and his songs Same Questions, Better Me For You, A Lot More Free and saw him perform Take This Plane To Heaven at my first Max concert in Detroit Michigan and made an instant connection with his music as I had the same experience. I opened your email in the middle of the  night and freaked out.  I was looking for the instructions for sound check for the concert that night. Couldn’t believe I had won.
